Crossroads Worldwide Summer Staff
Who does Crossroads hire?
Every summer, Crossroads hires 50 to 60 staff to work four weeks of camp from the end of June through July. There are a variety of positions that you can fill requiring different skills and talents. We have activities such as: rappelling, the Broyhill climbing tower and ropes course, hiking, tubing/a day at the river, home missions, basketball, volleyball, field sports, a drama show, and others. The days begin early and end late, so we are looking for individuals with a lot of energy. However, the excitement of ministering to students and fellowshiping with 50 other incredible staff often provides the adrenaline motivation for every day.
We respect your willingness and desire to work for Crossroads Worldwide during our summer camp period. If you are interested in serving students, youth pastors and youth workers, and having a great time with peers devoted to serving God as well, this is the place for you.
