Community Discipleship Home

The CRWW Community Discipleship Home (CDH) is a property owned by CRWW that is designed to house up to eight young adults who have had prior relationships with CRWW for one year. The CDH participants will live under the supervision of the CDH parents (a young married couple) who will direct the participants through a year-long program of community-building and personal interest projects, internships and staff positions with CRWW, and spending one-on-one time with various members of the CRWW community.

The Four Goals of the CDH Program

• Community - To let you experience authentic fellowship and to train you to reproduce it.
• Discipleship - To strengthen you in your walk with Christ and to model for you how to disciple others.
• Service - To give you opportunities to serve others in this community in practical ways and prepare you for a life of service wherever you live.
• Preparation - To prepare you for the next step of your life and for a life of active participation in the Kingdom and the Church Community.

Overall
At the end of one year, we expect to send out all participants with a sense of purpose and direction, a firm grasp on how to build and participate in community, an understanding and dedication to the process of discipleship, and an overall vision for the reproduction of the values of God's Kingdom wherever they go.
