Who does Crossroads hire?
Every summer, Crossroads hires 50 to 60 staff to work four weeks of camp from the end of June through July. There are a variety of positions that you can fill requiring different skills and talents. We have activities such as: rock climbing and rappelling, the Broyhill climbing tower and ropes course, hiking, tubing/a day at the river, home missions, basketball, volleyball, field sports, a drama show, and others. The days begin early and end late, so we are looking for individuals with a lot of energy. However, the excitement of ministering to students and fellowshiping with 50 other incredible staff often provides the adrenaline motivation for every day.
