Crossroads Worldwide is a non-profit 501 C3 organization which is run by a full-time staff of six individuals, and is accountable to a board of directors.
Clayton King is the Founder and President, Matt Orth is the Ministry Director, Jeremy Berger is the Office Manager, Micah and Aubree Martin are the Community Discipleship Home Parents and Justin Brock is the Missions Director.
The Board of Directors consists of: Brad Borders, Joe Teague, Dr. Dennis Reno, Thomas Alexander, Seth Stevens, Jonathan Martin, Brian Burgess and Clayton King. Besides our full-time staff, Crossroads Worldwide also has program where we work with colleges to provide internship programs and we hire a seasonal summer staff of about 55-60 people.
